White Glove Inside Delivery Offered for an Additional Charge
Toscana Home Interiors offers "White Glove" inside delivery for an additional charge in the contiguous 48 United States on all furniture orders. $100 for one item, $199 for 2 items, $298 for 3 items, and $397 for 4 or more items. Service will include inside placement, unwrapping, and debris(packaging) removal. Orders outside of the contiguous 48 states are handled directly by contacting Customer Service at 1-888-660-8851 or via email at customerservice@toscanahomeinteriors.com.
Shipping Time
Items generally leave the origin warehouse within 1-3 weeks of payment of your order and transit time is usually about 1 week. Typical turn-around on orders is usually from 2-4 weeks. In some cases, orders may take slightly longer and if this occurs, a representative will notify you of any delays.
Our 11 regional warehouses allow for orders to be shipped from the closest warehouse to your location. This minimizes delivery costs to you. In the event an order is cancelled or returned, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and could be subject to a 10 to 20% restocking fee based on the circumstances of the return.
All items are brand new factory packaged and we use reliable, careful delivery providers. Problems rarely occur, however, any damages are covered by shipping insurance.
