Return, Cancellation, and Damage Claim Policies

Cancellation Policy

All our products are custom ordered for our valuable customers.

As soon as the order is placed, we begin the sequence of events which ultimately results in you receiving the product of your choice. Since all our products are custom ordered, Toscana Home Interiors and its respective customer become financially obligated to purchase and pay for the ordered product. Toscana Home Interiors remains the most customer friendly furniture website on the internet and will attempt to assist you in the cancellation of your order. We will contact the manufacturer and make all the necessary arrangements. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel any orders which have been prepared for shipment or actually shipped by the manufacturer.  Confirmation of your order is acceptance to Toscana Home Interiors Policies: " I agree in full to terms and conditions of sale by Toscana Home Interiors .”  Such acceptance will be in lieu of customer's legal signature.

Return Policy

No orders will be accepted for return without prior authorization by Toscana Home Interiors. All accepted returns for refund will be subject to delivery charges and a 25% restocking fee once return is received by the warehouse.

All returned products must be in original condition and packaging. Otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Assembled furniture cannot be accepted for return under any circumstances. Certain products cannot be returned as a condition of Sale from our Vendors. Should you have questions about whether a product can be returned, please call us at 800-660-2851 ext 1.

Damage Claim Policy

Toscana Home Interiors only contracts with professional delivery and trucking companies. Unfortunately, accidents damaging your ordered items may occur. We do ask our customers to personally and thoroughly inspect the merchandise at the time of arrival and note all comments on damage in their entirety on the Bill of Lading. This is extremely important because all Delivery Companies use this signed Bill of Lading to determine their liability for damages based on comments made by the customer. If customer does not make note of damage on the Bill of Lading at time of delivery, your damage claim to Toscana Home Interiors may be denied! Customer is also asked to photograph any damages, immediately call 800-660-2851 ext 1 and e-mail the photographs of damages to customerservice@toscanahomeinteriors.com within 5 business days of delivery. Failure to adhere to our company's damage claim policy could result in denial of customers claim.  We reserve the right to repair furniture in customer’s home. Customers are requested to accept delivery appointment for repairs or replacement furniture in the rare event damage occurs.
